SES is delivery. sendbunny is the product layer: campaigns, lists, templates, analytics, and a REST API, installed in your account on top of your SES.

Does sendbunny mark up SES?

No. AWS bills you for SES. The license is $99 or $199 once. Pay once. Send forever.

What about the SES sandbox?

New accounts start in sandbox. The app shows status and links to AWS production access. You can set up and test while you wait.
