Skip the configuration set and SNS glue. Event tracking and charts ship in one click, in your AWS, from $99.

One-time license · one-click AWS install · yours forever

You are in the right place

  • Raw SES tracks nothing until you wire configuration sets and event destinations.
  • The DIY pipeline grows into SNS or EventBridge plus storage plus charts.
  • Half-configured tracking fails silently: campaigns report zero opens.

FAQ

Why is my DIY SES open tracking not working?
The usual causes: the configuration set is not attached to the send, the event destination is missing the Open event type, or the message bypasses the tracking pipeline entirely. sendbunny avoids the class of problem by wiring tracking at install.
How does SES track opens and clicks at all?
Opens use a tiny tracking pixel and clicks use wrapped links, both handled through SES with events published to your account. sendbunny stores and charts those events for you.
Are open rates even trustworthy now?
Apple Mail privacy and prefetching inflate opens. Treat them as a trend line and steer by clicks, bounces, and complaints. Those decide your SES standing.
Do I need to set up SNS or EventBridge?
Not with sendbunny. Eventing is provisioned inside your account at install. You never leave the dashboard to see results.
