Privacy Policy

The short version

This website (sendbunny.co, operated by Growzill LLC) is the place where you learn about and buy sendbunny. The product itself runs entirely in your own AWS account — your contacts, campaigns, emails, and analytics live there, not with us. We never receive your AWS credentials and cannot access your platform’s data. This policy therefore only covers what this website collects.

What we collect

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We do not send it your name, email address, or anything you type.
• Purchases. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive your email address and the purchase details so we can issue your license. We also store the version of the Terms & Conditions you accepted at checkout and when you accepted it, as part of your license record.
• Account email. We store the email address tied to your license to sign you in (via magic links), deliver updates you subscribed to, and provide support.
• Install progress. During install and updates, the installer sends one-way progress notifications (step names and status) so your deploy page can show a progress bar. No content from your platform is included.
• License checks. Your install fetches the release manifest from releases.sendbunny.co to see whether an update is available, and paid installs send an entitlement check containing your license ID when you run a one-click update. These calls never include message content, contacts, or credentials.

What we never collect

Your AWS credentials, your contact lists, the emails you send, your campaign analytics, or anything else inside your sendbunny install. The product is zero-access by design: it has no pathway to send us your data, and the install template is small enough to audit before you click.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share data only with the processors named above (Stripe for payments, Google for analytics, AWS for hosting this website) and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or an ad-blocker — the website works fine without them. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you (your license email and purchase records), email us and we’ll take care of it.
