Refund Policy

The short version
All sales are final. Once a purchase completes, it cannot be refunded — the only exception is a genuine billing error. This policy is part of the Terms & Conditions you accept at checkout.
Why no refunds
sendbunny is a digital product delivered instantly: the moment your payment completes, your license key is issued and your one-click deploy link is live. At that point the product has been delivered in full and cannot be returned.
Try before you buy
Because sales are final, we make it easy to evaluate first: the interactive demo on the homepage shows the real product, the FAQ answers the common questions, and support@sendbunny.co will answer anything else before you purchase.
Immediate delivery & withdrawal
By accepting the Terms and this policy at checkout, you expressly request immediate delivery of your license and deploy link, and you acknowledge that — where a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right exists (for example the 14-day right for consumers in the EU and UK) — that right is lost once delivery begins. We record your acceptance and its timestamp with your license.
Updates-subscription renewals
The annual updates subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account before a renewal; the subscription then runs to the end of the paid period. Renewal charges that have already been made are not refunded.
The only exception: billing errors
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a payment-processor error charged you incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your receipt and we’ll make it right.
Failed installs
If your install fails, contact support first — installs are re-runnable and a failed run does not consume your license. Install problems are not grounds for a refund; we will work with you until you are up and running.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us is a breach of the Terms: Growzill LLC will revoke the license and services attached to the disputed purchase, and the license key will stop working.
