Email templates
Starters, your own template, and a first-name field that never leaves a blank. 0:47, recorded on a real SendBunny install.
In short
SendBunny comes with starter templates: a welcome email, a newsletter, an announcement, a receipt and a password reset. Your app can send any template, and with Premium so can campaigns and automations. Write your own in the editor, insert a field like a first name, and choose what it says when someone has none, so the email reads Hi there, never Hi and a blank.

Templates save you writing the same email twice. Your app can send them, and with Premium, so can your campaigns and automations. SendBunny comes with starters, like a welcome email, a newsletter, a receipt and a password reset.
To make your own, press New template and give it a name. Then just type. The toolbar has headings, lists, images and tables, and you can insert a field for personal details, like a first name.
When you add a field, SendBunny asks what to say when someone doesn't have one. So the email reads Hi there, never Hi and a blank.
Preview shows exactly how it'll look in the inbox. Save it, and it's ready to use.
