Your inbox, and the smart inbox

Reply from your domain; with Premium, mail sorts itself into folders. 1:01, recorded on a real SendBunny install.

In short

Replies to your emails land in the inbox, and each receiving address has its own folders. Reply, and your answer goes out from your own domain; Compose sends from any of your addresses. With Premium, the smart inbox sorts mail into folders you describe in one sentence, starting from Leads, Support or Billing, and Why here shows the reason. It never deletes or hides anything: if nothing fits, the email stays in your inbox.

Transcript

  1. Replies to your emails land here, in your inbox. Each receiving address has its own, with the folders you'd expect.

  2. Open a message and press Reply. Your answer goes out from your own domain.

  3. You can start a new one too. Press Compose, and send from any of your addresses.

  4. With Premium, the smart inbox sorts mail into folders you describe in one sentence, the way you'd brief a new assistant. In Settings, turn it on, pick an address, and start from Leads, Support or Billing. Save, then try it on your last fifty emails.

  5. Now new mail lands in the right folder, and Why here shows the reason. It never deletes or hides anything. If nothing fits, the email simply stays in your inbox.
